Are all your staff DBS checked?
Yes. Every member of staff we introduce has been DBS checked and fully referenced before we present them to any family. Your safety is our absolute priority.
How quickly can you find someone?
We understand that arranging care or support can often be urgent. In many cases, we can introduce suitable carers or household staff within 24–72 hours depending on your location, requirements and the type of support needed. For more specialist or long-term placements, we take the time to carefully match you with the right person to ensure the best possible fit.
What areas do you cover?
Our live-in care and household staffing services are available nationwide across the UK. We also provide visiting care and housekeeping services across Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and surrounding areas including Swindon, Tetbury, Chippenham, Malmesbury and nearby locations.
What is an introductory agency?
An introductory agency introduces clients to carefully vetted self-employed carers or household staff who match their needs and preferences. What if the placement doesn't work out?

If for any reason the placement is not the right fit, we will work closely with you to understand your concerns and arrange an alternative replacement as quickly as possible.
